Hey Joe, I’ve been dealing with Patella tendonosis And was looking for an alternate exercise to the hack squat in the power building program. Love the bandit hack squats but its been bothering my knee at times, what else can I do?
Also, if training through injury, what if you cannot progress through the program properly? Should I just rest on leg days? Or train with lighter loads?
