Currently on Power building program and just started week 5 (by the beard of Zeus this is awesome).
I’m currently on a 10% caloric deficit. I’m sitting at 12% body fat, ideally want to get to 10% and to gain as much muscle as possible.
My nutrition is on point and nailing the recovery 8 hours sleep.
Do you think it would be better for me to be running maintenance calories or move into a surplus for these goals and to get the most out of the program? I generally feel if I was on a surplus on this program I would still drop body fat…?
Im 6’5” an ectomorph with a fast metabolism… if that helps?
