    I saw that the program was listed as Monday Tuesday off Thursday Friday Saturday, but if I had to run through the program 5 days in a row, is there an order of the days you guys feel would work best to help with recovery. This is my last semester of college so some Saturdays I’m visiting friends at other schools or feel like a piece of garbage and I feel that my training isn’t at its best on these days. Thank you!
