What if you fail / can’t hit the prescribed reps on the big lifts (squat, bench, deadlift)? Lower your 1RM? Repeat the week until you do? Thanks for the help.
Frankly my 1RMs have gotten so big that 65% for 3 x 12 scares the shit out of me.
