I was curious about substituting a front squat for the back squat? Reason for—more quad focus and bc I don’t have a hack squat machine—
So substitute for hack squat machine is then leg press or smith machine.
So;
Keep back squat or sub in front squats?
&
Which is better replacement for hack squat machine, smith or leg press? (I’m wagering smith for ROM).

I was just asking the same question today I believe split squats but I also think weighted lunges would be a great option would love to hear your opinion @admin
Solid—sounds like a good idea—would there be greater opportunity for gains to do the leg press unilaterally? Or just go heavy as possible bilaterally? Thank you for your reply
