    Working on the power builder program and there is a new split coming for pull day on at set F1 and F2. It has T-bar RDL’s for an Amrap… then the demo video is a regular RDL with a bar.

    From the way it is written I would assume that there is no rest going from the Tr borrow to the RDL and that you’re supposed to be using a T-bar attachment for the RDL’s. Completing as many reps as you can with the way that you had for the T-bar row. Is that correct?
