    Hi, this app is brilliant!
I hope this isn’t a stupid question but I was wondering how we determine our starting weight for the big3 on the powerbuilder program? Can we find our max for 12 reps and progress from that? Do we have to test our 1rep max?
    Thank you!

While I’ve been squatting for a couple of years, I’m not strong, and the lowest I’ve ventured is 3rpm. I’ve been off with a minor non lifting related injury for a couple of weeks… but tbh basically little apprehensive of testing my 1rpm for the first time 😅

Seriously great app and coaching, I am so happy I found it.

    Thanks again

You can base your 1rm off of a 3rm. Just Google rep max calculator. But use a rep max of lower than 5, as over that and it’s not very accurate I find
