    Just having a look through the power building program and I was wondering what is that thinking behind the set/rep progression scheme, especially with the 5×1 @75% of 1rm. I usually train for purely Hypertrophy so this strength training is completely new to me and I’d just be interested to know what thought goes into it. Thanks!
