    Hi,
    I understand the Powerbuilding program was made for Ben Pollack. I that deadlift and squat are only once a week. I noticed on other powerbuilding programs such as Jeff Nippard you normally squat twice a week and deadlift once. If just starting out in powerbuilding which program do you recommend running?

    Thanks Bruce. I’m enjoying the half body 2.0 and have added some deadlift to hamstring days as well. Was thinking about powerbuilding afterwards. Not the strongest and deadlift are the worst
