Hi I know the Powerbuilding program was written for Ben Pollack who is an crazy strong. Is this why the big three lifts are only once a week?
I see With Unity by John Meadows and Dave Tate their powerbuilding program does squat and bench twice a week and deadlift once a week.
I actually looked at the pump work in the second and three blocks and they look intense!
Thanks for the response Joe. I’m definitely going to run the program. Really just want to try to increase strength overall but not going to compete so doing the lifts as written should be fine.
