I’m starting the 12 week PowerBuilding program tomorrow. I’m trying to figure out what weights to use. Should I use percentages of my one rep max for the big compound lifts? If so, is there a video I can watch where I know the numbers I should be hitting (or starting with) relative to what week I’m on? I’ve never really lifted like a powerlifter before, so I’m not exactly sure how much to jump in weight each week as the reps/sets go down.
