If I only have 4 days to train a week would you recommend powerbuilding and combining the delta/arms and arms into one workout to make 4 days, or do the upper lower 2.0? I like the pump work added in to powerbuilding, but like that legs are hit twice in upper lower. I’m not super strong so I feel twice a week may be better. I could also add pump work to upper lower but would probably run out of time
