    With Ben winning his pro card and before him Stan, for those of us that enjoy lifting heavy, even without competing in powerlifting, what do you see as a good mix, in phasing. Even if we just use your currently available programs. An example: my legs need work, so I run anti-flamingo, then run A recovery phase, then run Powerbuilder? Re-assess and maybe go to ARMAGGEDON, another recovery and back to Powerbuilder. Does something like that seem sustainable and propriety/hypertrophy?

    Thanks Bryce! And I agree, Powerbuilder is hard on the body. I had to do an unplanned deload after week 9. I have about 6 years to go before even thinking about competing so lots of things to improve!
