Powerbuilding Week 5

    I am on week 5 of the Powerbuilding program. For the Delt and Arm day, the rep scheme changes to 6-20 reps; does this mean I try to progressively overload by adding more reps to get to 20 reps total? Or should I drop the weight to get to 20 reps total? Thanks!
