I’m two workouts into week 9 of Ben Pollacks Powerbuilding program and there are a lot of added intensifiers(i.e. mechanical drop sets, drop sets, extended sets, iso stretches). The amplifying information on how to perform these is unclear for some of the excercises. The videos are cited for demonstration but the videos that are linked are just the original excercise demonstration. Can there be an update for this…most the time it’s pretty simple to understand but for others not so much (best example i have is for the arm day preacher curl/JM press superset)
