    I’m two workouts into week 9 of Ben Pollacks Powerbuilding program and there are a lot of added intensifiers(i.e. mechanical drop sets, drop sets, extended sets, iso stretches). The amplifying information on how to perform these is unclear for some of the excercises. The videos are cited for demonstration but the videos that are linked are just the original excercise demonstration. Can there be an update for this…most the time it’s pretty simple to understand but for others not so much (best example i have is for the arm day preacher curl/JM press superset)

    Byrce, I appreciate the reply. Up until the third set of the superset you’re doing Single arm preacher curls/Swiss bar w/ chains. On the third set you shift to two arms( not sure if still a preacher curl or how the isometric stretch is accomplished, i attempted in a preacher curl position but the stretch was too intense on joints) and a JM press ( not sure if drop after swiss bar press or just the JM presses with Swiss bar) I’ve attached the note from the app

    Thanks for the reply Joe! For the most part i think i did it right…it sucked in the best way
