    Often times when I’m getting into my bulking phases I like to lift some heavy weights around cause when I cut it’s not as fun. I was wondering if there is any issue in doing a powerlifting style workout in the morning then doing a Hypertrophy workout 10 hours later at night. Maybe there’s a more optimal way to do this ?
