    Hi. I’m new to this style of training so just wondered what’s the rationale for the decreasing sets for the same rep range on the big lifts
    Ie

    Wk6 4 sets 3 reps deadlift
    Wk7 3 sets 3 reps
    Wk8 2 sets 3 reps

    Thanks for the reply Joe. I get that concept totally but the weeks above don’t seem to increase in reps just decrease in sets
