I’m not the biggest fan of walking lunges or any lunge pattern tbh. in the sets and reps description for the last exercise, even if you pick the single leg leg press, it says “20 steps.” idk what that means in this context. do i do 20 reps w each leg, or 20 in total?
either way, i wanted to ask if i could sub that exercise for leg extensions instead. i already picked single leg lying leg curls for the 1st exercise cuz my gym’s seated leg curl is broken.
i also noticed that when i do the split squat pump work, my lower back gets exhausted so fast and it becomes super hard to do 3 rounds. any advice? i dont have a video now but i will post it in the comments of this post the next time i hit legs
