Currently finishing up week 1 of the OG PPL program in which I turned into a six day split (PPL rest PPL), quickly found out that I can’t recover from that lol.
My question is, if I do P P L then two rest days, then P P L again, would I miss out on more gains? Because literature says to train a muscle group twice a week
