i just looked up the PPL 2.0, I will start it later. But I have some questions, I don’t have a incline machine press, would the incline smith banded a good substitute? And I saw a lot of exercises repeat from free weight to machine. Would it be optimal when the machines are a different loading pattern ? For example on push i start with incline dumbell press and then follow with banded incline smith for deloading the bottom a little which I already overloaded with the dumbells. Same with dumbell rows, I have the nautilus plate loaded row, which is really Deloaded in the shortend range. So this would be optimal to do after dumbell rows right ? Or is it not that important ? Also can I start the Programm in the middle ? I already have perfect execution on all those exercises, and train for more than 12 years. Or is it better to start from phase one ?
