I just finished the OG PPL and I loved it! Because of my training ADD, I’m likely going to be doing the PPL 2.0 program next. I generally train 3-4 days/week, with my preferred rotation being push-pull-rest-lower-rest.
Do you think my rotation, or even only getting in 3 sessions/week, would be OK on the 2.0 program? I’ll be stretching the A/B rotation out over a longer period of time. Pros and cons?
