    Hey Guys, I’m wanting to do the Push Pull Lower 2.0 program but when I looked at the split there were more workout days/off days than days in the week especially in phase 3 which has an off day in between each workout. Was wondering if that’s how it should be followed or if it’s more of a suggestion since it would take well over 12 weeks to complete. Always appreciate the help
