    Hey guys loving the app.
    I’m looking to begin the ppl 2.0 program and just wish to clarify the rep/set. It says (for example) 3 sets for 8=10 reps. Would I still do warm up sets then top set and back off or do working sets and go up after each set. what would be your suggestion . Hope this makes sense
