PPL 2.0

    So I’m about to start your PPL 2.0 program and wanted to ask whether I could substitute certain exercises based on what my gym has?

    Also , could I start it as three day plan then gradually add an additional day a week as I’m trying to improve my recovery e.g. Mon – push A Tuesday Rest , Wednesday Pull A Thursday rest Friday legs A ?
