Ppl 2.0

    Thinking of starting ppl 2.0 but on pull day A I believe there are 2 pulldowns consecutively. They both look like the same movements just the first one is two hands on a machine and the second one is single handed on a cable. They both look like lat exercises. Are they basically the same movement? Just trying to get a better understanding. Appreciate your time !
