I have been doing the PPL program for over 12 weeks and have been slightly rotating some of the exercises every 6 weeks to keep things interesting. I want to try out the new PPL 2.0, but curious if it is a good fit for me since I train 3x a week. Will my lifts not really progress since it would be around 2 weeks from Pull A to the next time I do Pull A?
Should I run only A for 4 weeks and switch to B? This would make a 24 month program total. Any other ideas?
