    I’m back with more questions😂 I’m considering moving into the PPL 2.0 program. Do you recommend doing this program in a deficit of food while each phase will be getting more intense? Will recovery be a issue if I’m training in a 500-800 calorie deficit? Or should I adjust volume accordingly?By the way, I’m not a beginner lifter and have been training hard 6 days a week.
