I’ve been crushing the ppl2.0, week 8
83% complete. Have always suffered with low back pain, a steroid shot last year helped to make it not an issue. Pain is back and I’m trying to not make it worse so I’ve skipped the last 2 leg days. My question is should I do the leg days but avoid the rdls and squats? My thinking was to just continue on with the programs upper splits and when I feel my back is better to reincorporate my lower days or should I just skip the lower work that I feel could prolong injury but keep doing the stuff that I can handle (extensions, leg curls, hamstring curls, etc).
