Hi all. Didn’t find anything on this in the Guidance section.
I’m a bit unsure how the drop sets starting in Phase 2 are supposed to be done. Specifically, are you supposed to rest between the 8-10 rep set and the 10-15 set? I’m guessing there’s no rest after the 10-15 rep set and you go straight into the last set after dropping the weight.
Would appreciate if someone could clarify.
