I was thinking of doing a variant of ppl 2.0 by doing a push pull lower upper based on the progressions that there are in ppl 2.0, legs once a week because they are not my lack and because playing hockey I do 2 workouts a day. what do you think? opinions?
Thanks for the reply! how do you advise me to set the legday having only 1? I thought an order like this:
Seated leg curl
Leg press or squat
DB rdl
Leg extension
Lunges as a finisher + possible pump work, count that in the pull day I start with barbell rdl or stiff leg deadlift (I still have to choose one of the two).
