PPL 2.0 Incline Bench

    Hey Bryce,

    My gym doesn’t have an incline machine so I’ll be substituting the machine for dumbbell bench and doing barbell first then dumbbell.

    I was wondering what angle would be best to do the inclines on and if there’s any benefit to varying the angle on each variation, doing a low incline on the barbell and then a high on the dumbbell for example, or if it would be best to leave the angle the same on both exercises?
