1) for T-bar rows, do you want a drop set on the final two sets? The instructions don’t specify, but I’m assuming there’s drops with the last two sets, as with the other exercises in phase two thus far.
2) is there a benefit to incline cable curls versus incline dumbell curls? It feels like I get a better contraction with dumbells. Not sure of the pros/cons or if it’s something with my setup with the cables.
