I can’t wait to start the PPL 2.0 program after 4 weeks without training because of covid. I love the excercise selection. Just have one question to make it fit for me.
On the „horizontal“ Pull Day you start with a machine Pull down. I don’t have this specific piece of equipment in my gym. I can choose between the Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Pulldown Machine or a Regular Cable Pull Down (or Pull Ups obviously). What would be the best substitution in your opinion?
