Do you recommend in the ppl 2.0 program to do 6 days on. or do 3 days on rest 3 days on rest?
I believe he does over that in the preview video for the program.
3 days on. Rest. Appears to be the plan in the video. Even though this will take more than a week, just keep cycling through it?
