    I’ve been doing some form of shoulder press with success for years. Seated Dumbbells, barbell, Smith or machine. Always seated to support lower back issues and not quite vertical bench. Is this not a feature of ppl2.0 for a reason? In your opinion is this covered by the range of exercises you have in push A and B? Could I make changes to the programme to make it more delt dominant? Or will time and correct execution of your current exercise selection result in the delt destruction I’m looking for? Thanks in advance.
