Hi Guys.
Just looking at making some minor changes to my PPL split. I really just want to add the RDL to my pull day and swap something in on my lower day.
My gym has a good selection of equipment so most swaps can be made – The only thing I don’t have is SSB.
Just need some advice on my general routine setup and what to replace my RDL with on lower day.
My considerations are leg Press or Pendulum Squat with two hamstring exercises but happy for any feedback.
Pull:
RDL
TBar Row
Single Arm cable pulldowns – Lat work
Pull down machine – Upper Back
Preacher Curls/Rear Delt work
Push:
Flat DB Press
Incline chest Press Machine
Roller Cable Fly
Lateral Raise variation
Tricep work
Lower:
Calves
Seated Hamstring Curls
Hack Squat
Lying Hamstring Curls
Leg Press/Pendulum Squat – other ideas ???
