    What are your thoughts on throwing in another tricep exercise on push days? It seems like there is only one tricep exercise towards the end of the workout and it is the single arm cuff extension. I think there is only one bicep movement as well on pull days. Or are those movements accompanied with the rest of the workout going to be adequate for arm growth still ? Thank you 🙏🏼
