Hey joe I am wanting to run PPL back for one of my athletes , I want an extra day to develop his back so this is why I chose at least for now.
It totally okay to run?

W-lower
Th-off / back I’ll going to do more low intensity stuff I just want a little more extra work to bring about some imbalances (upper back)
F-pull
Sat – push
Sun- lower
And repeat?
That’s all good as long and he can rocker correct?
Or what is a better way? I would like just 5x a week for him
