Using a few ideas from this app as well as personal enjoyment (and joint health), I am putting together an updated PPL split. In your opinion, is there scope to have SLDL’s and RDL’s (on a pull and leg day, respectively). I am just wary of where to put rest days in order to allow for efficient recovery between both movement days.

Amazing, Bryce. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to help. Definitely looking at 1 hip hinge movement in this split, but like you said, I will just see how this goes over time and listen to my body! Thanks again.
