Do you think it’s possible to have a good push/pull/leg split in a basically a powerlifting home gym centered around a power rack? I can do all kinds of variations for Pull. Legs get a little limited, I have a elite yoke bar and a couple straight bars. Have some light dumbbells (up to 40lbs). A spud inc hi/low pulley. Push I’m left with barbell/dip bars/incline bench. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Take a look at all the push/pull/ leg workouts and videos Joe has posted here on the website. The majority of the meat and potatoes exercises are capable of being done at your home gym.

Especially the main movements like a barbell press, chest supported row, Pulldown variation or pull-up, RDL, barbell squat variation, fly variation. Tons of opportunities here.
