57 year old male using ppl for 32 weeks with good success.I have been training 3 days a week with an occasional 4th day on which I programmed a delt specific program.Over the next 3 months (Nov,Dec,Jan)I hav 14 consecutive days off to train each month.Any suggestions or advice on how to optimize this time period with the ppl program?I will not be working so my recovery should be very good(diet,sleep,rest,stress)Thank you for your time and everything y’all do.
