Due to be doing the ‘lower’ workout tomorrow and going through the exercises, but my gym doesn’t have a seated Leg Curl machine (only a lying one).
Thinking of workarounds, the best option I can think of would be to use a cable machine, attach an ankle strap, put it on the lowest setting and do a standing Leg Curl. Just wondering if you have any other ideas/suggestion or whether this workaround would be sufficient?
