Quick question. I want to put RDL on my pull day. I use a rotating schedule but that means having to perform RDL the day AFTER lower body sometimes.
I do pull-push-lower 5 times x week
Is this ok or you would recommend doing push-pull-lower so it falls before leg day?
For some context, my leg day consists of:
-seated leg curl
-banded hack
-lying leg curl
-smith machine split squat or leg press
