hi joe and bryce! I just finished the Laszlo Kiraly split and I would like to try the ppl or ppl 2.0 but now that I train again with boxing I will be able to do 3/4 workouts a week and I have seen that the ppl2.0 has 6. which one do you recommend to increase the mass of the upper body? can I add an exercise for the biceps and triceps in the session to increase the volume a little? Can I do ppl2.0 and only do 3 workouts a week when I can 4? Do you recommend these splits or another split,for those who play sports with a lot of cardio but still want to increase mass as much as possible?
