    Based on your recommendation I decided to go with PPL version one however I want to ask smth regarding an addition I made as an exercise for the program. Before doing lying cuff lateral raises I also added a chest supported db lateral raise in order to train the shortened position first well at least that was my thought process. I only added two sets of that exercise. Is that okay or does that hurt the program. Specifically talking about push day?
