I am starting the PPL program and it only has 3 workouts per week it seems like when I complete my first push day it said I was 33 percent done with the week. I usually train double that though and try to fit PPL twice in a week so 6 days on 1 off. Maybe I’m just misreading it, but if I’m not how can I double it and still log it ? Thanks!

What I did was I clicked add workout and when you do they have multiple leg, back and bis, and chest and tris. You can add those to your days

Gotcha I wonder if they did this on purpose to leave flexibility in the rest of your week or your only supposed to train 3 days a week.

I am wondering the exact same thing. I often like to train Push, Pull, Off, Legs, Off, Push, Pull, Off, Legs, Off , etc.
