Firstly just wanted to say thank you, new to the app and really enjoying the content.
I’m doing the PPL program and my gym only has a lying leg curl machine.
I checked the alternative and it’s the same for both 1st and 3rd exercise, so would you just do lying leg curls for both 1st and 3rd exercise or is there an additional exercise you would recommend that I could do for the 1st exercise?
