PPL program

    Hi! I noticed that the PPL program is 3 workout x week

    It can be structured as follow?

    Push
    Pull
    Rest
    Lower
    Push
    Pull

    So I repeat the same Push and Pull from Monday and Tuesday
    if it can be structured like this can the last days of push and pull interfere with the second week?
