Hi, I’ve been doing the PPL split for sometime and was wondering if you are against doing a PushA in a week then the next session is a PushB. I know Bryce has mentioned that he likes keeping things the same but I was curious about changing the order of exercises in this case IE:
Push A (Monday):
Db Bench
Roller Fly
Inc Db Bench
vs
Push B (Thursday):
Inc Db Bench
Roller Fly
Db bench
Or you could have pretty different workouts. I could be overthinking this but wanted to hear others thoughts.
