    hey joe and bryce,

    on foam roller cable fly my front delts “burn” and go to failure before my chest does. i tried cutting the range of motion and it helped a little. what should i do to make it so i can take my chest to failure?

    what happens if a back off set progresses faster than a top set and youre at the same weight? do u do two sets w the same weight? or keep adding reps?

    im cutting at the moment. i am tracking my weight, but i suffer from ulcerative colitis and ibs. i feel like progress pics arent as useful bc i am literally bloated 24/7. i also take creatine so i know that has an impact on my weigh ins as well.
    i understand being consistent in tracking methods is paramount but i would like to accurately assess my progress w actual data (numbers and/or pictures). could you put me on track?

    thank you bryce! by cutting the range of motion by a little and taking advice from the vids i was able to progress injury free.

    i was also wondering if it was possible to replace cross cable extensions with a compound movement for triceps, and if there were any pros and cons to doing that for lean tissue growth
